Leaders in Consumer Class Action Lawsuits

Poulos LoPiccolo is investigating complaints by owners/lessees of Cadillacs that their radio/navigation screen appears to have shattered. Owners/lessees usually describe the screen as suddenly showing spider cracks all over the screen. According to consumers, they have been told by Cadillac service departments that the cracks are not really cracks of the screen, but rather a film behind the glass screen melting.

Poulos LoPiccolo has information indicating the GM (the manufacturer of Cadillacs) has known about this problem for years, but failed to disclose the issue to owners/lessees. Furthermore, owners/lessees have been quoted by Cadillac that it would cost upwards of $1,800 to fix the problem. If you are the owner/lessee and are experiencing this problem with the navigation/radio screen in your Cadillac vehicle, please contact us to discuss your claim – call us at 732-757-0165 or email us at [email protected].
